A High Level Multi-disciplinary Committee is constituted for examining the causes leading to the crash of the Air India Flight AI-171 from Ahmedabad to Gatwick Airport (London) on June 12, 2025.
In light of the AI-171 accident on 12.06.2025, DGCA issues directives to Air India to carry out additional maintenance actions on B787-8/9 aircraft equipped with Genx engines with immediate effect.
