Our Initiatives

Key digital platforms and services empowering passengers and aviation stakeholders across India.

Passenger Grievance Platform

AirSewa — Passenger Grievances and Information

AirSewa

AirSewa is an initiative of the Ministry of Civil Aviation that enables passengers to submit air travel-related grievances and seek information about aviation services in India. Passengers can raise concerns relating to flight delays, cancellations, refunds, baggage and airport services through the portal or mobile application. Grievances are directed to the responsible stakeholder for redressal, and passengers can track responses using their grievance reference number and provide feedback on the resolution.

Health Self-Declaration

Air Suvidha 2.0 — Passenger Health Self-Declaration

Air Suvidha 2.0

Air Suvidha 2.0 is an online passenger health self-declaration platform launched by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Delhi International Airport Limited in collaboration with the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. It supports public health screening of international arrivals by collecting travel history, exposure information and relevant symptoms, helping health and immigration authorities identify and refer travellers requiring assessment. Passengers should follow the applicable Government health advisories and instructions on the portal. Submission of the Self-Declaration Form is free of charge.

Contactless Airport Processing

Digi Yatra — Contactless Airport Processing

Digi Yatra

Digi Yatra is an initiative of the Ministry of Civil Aviation that uses facial recognition technology to facilitate contactless passenger processing at participating airports. It links a passenger’s identity with travel details to reduce repeated manual verification of identity documents and boarding passes at enabled checkpoints. Passengers can use the Digi Yatra application to complete the required enrolment and share their travel credentials. Participation is voluntary, and passengers may choose the conventional airport processing arrangements.

Drone Ecosystem Portal

Digital Sky — Drone Airspace Information & Flight Planning

Digital Sky

Digital Sky provides drone users with airspace information and flight-planning facilities to support operations under the applicable drone regulations. Users can consult the airspace map, check the relevant operating zone and follow the flight-plan submission and approval process where required. The platform distinguishes between green, yellow and red zones, which have different permission requirements. Applications for drone regulatory services covered by Forms D-1 to D-5 have migrated to DGCA’s eGCA portal and must be submitted there.
